New series of 1700V IGBT modules
Cadenazzo, Switzerland, 01.05.2020 – StarPower pleased to announce the launch of its new power modules for multiple applications.
The new X-series features ultra-low conduction losses as well as short circuit ruggedness, strengthening StarPower’s offer as a leading, independent manufacturer of power modules. The new range is available over several standard packages and topologies in the medium- and high-power segment to allow its design in applications such as industrial motor drives, renewable energyor induction heating and welding.
